ABOUT SOUTHERN ARENA

Southern Arena, owned and developed by businessman and philanthropist Babadi Kamara, is a state-of-the-art, privately-owned sports facility located in Bo City, Sierra Leone.

With a seating capacity of 6,000, the stadium is designed to meet international standards with all the required facilities. As the first of its kind in the country, Southern Arena offers modern amenities and a world-class pitch, making it a key venue for regional and national football events.

The stadium serves as a hub for both local and international sports, fostering community spirit and providing a platform for the next generation of football stars.

One of Babadi Kamara’s key objectives as CEO of Southern Arena is to see Leone Stars, Sierra Leone’s senior national men’s team, play a competitive match at the stadium.
